I am JACK STACHURA, the owner and managing broker for Market Masters Realty. I have a strong 43-year background in all aspects of the residential real estate industry in both new homes and resale. I was elected the Executive of the Year for the National Association of Homebuilders in Chicago and in the Midwest USA during the ’90s. In the year 2000, I was named the Real Estate Executive of the Year for all of Metro Atlanta. During that year, among many other responsibilities, I was the President of Crown Communities, a top 5 homebuilding company. My realty team and I have handled over 10,000 successful home closings of all types and price ranges. Starting In 2008, I worked exclusively with my own company, Market Masters Realty, and it has rapidly grown to one of the most distinguished brands in Atlanta. We provide a full-scale operation by working aggressively with buyers, sellers, and renters. An interesting sidebar: I worked with a team that participated in two ABC Television episodes of EXTREME HOME MAKEOVER. Ask me about it – as it was quite an experience! I’m also very well versed in home loan real estate financing of all types. I have a lot of experience with directing first-time homebuyers to down payment assistance programs for clients who need money to close. Even after all these years, I have a secret marketing technique. I personally answer my cell phone, which is a pretty rare accomplishment these days!
