I’m Jack Stachura and I have been working in real estate for over 40 years!

I was elected the Real Estate Executive of the Year in Chicago, in the Mid-West USA and also in Atlanta as well. So after managing over 25 offices for 20 years, I became tired of living in that crystal tower and parried down my associate realtors and got back to helping clients to a WEALTH of knowledge which I possess and few have. And in this market, that’s invaluable.

More importantly, I make it a point to “join my client’s family” so to speak and really dig in to make their dream come true. I really get a kick out of this. Sounds trite, I know, but just take a peak at only SOME of the many testimonials I have earned over the past few years. I was elected the Executive of the Year for the National Association of Homebuilders in Chicago and in the Midwest USA during the ’90s. In the year 2000, I was named the Real Estate Executive of the Year for all of Metro Atlanta. During that year, among many other responsibilities, I was the President of Crown Communities, a top 5 homebuilding company.
